If your dispenser has any problem because of how it was made — for example, poor assembly, loose parts, or internal defects from the factory — it’s covered.

If a motor, sensor, or electrical circuit fails during normal use, we’ll repair or replace it for free.

If your product can’t be fixed easily, we’ll replace it (or repair it) at no extra cost during the warranty period.

If the dispenser is broken, scratched, or damaged due to a fall, impact, or mishandling, it won’t be covered.

Using the dispenser in ways it wasn’t designed for (like using thick liquids, oil, or wrong power source) isn’t covered.

If water enters the internal electronics or battery area due to improper sealing or spillage, it’s not covered.

If someone who isn’t an authorized technician opens or repairs the unit, the warranty becomes invalid.

Warranty is valid only when TeckNinja-approved liquids are used.
